Hello and Welcome
I am an experienced, accredited Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering long and short-term individual therapy with adults. I practice from Clapham and Dulwich, both with excellent travel links.
Having worked in mental health for many years, I have worked closely with individuals with a wide range of issues, including depression, bereavement, anxiety, low self-esteem and abuse. I have a specialist interest in supporting individuals with relationship difficulties and trust, intimacy, dependency and loneliness - no matter the situation or background.

The Search for Therapy
It is not always easy to make that first step to sharing our most private thoughts and feelings...but a safe, quiet space can provide much needed time away from what is ‘outside’. This can help us to focus on what is ‘inside’ us and allow for the necessary space to reflect on our lives and anxieties.
Whatever your motivation, embarking on counselling is a thoughtful step to take, and it’s important for you to find a therapist you feel comfortable with.
How I work
Having experienced settings in the NHS, organisations, charities and private practice, I have learnt to work closely alongside my clients, growing my understanding of our humanness and the complexity of mental health.
I have experience in a spectrum of psychological difficulties:
- Relationship difficulties
- Anxiety
- Self Esteem
- Depression
- Emotional repercussions of Dyslexia
- Perinatal (mothers-to-be) and mothers, helping explore feelings whilst developing coping strategies
- Trauma
- Abuse
All my experiences have guided me towards an attitude of deep acceptance and appreciation for those whom I work with. Working collaboratively, I encourage curious and mindful exploration of both ‘self’ and ‘other’.
