Experience

I have been involved with mental health for over 11 years. I have met and worked with many people who have come concerned about anxiety, depression, personality disorder, dyslexia, becoming a new parent, relationship worries and much more.

I have gained experience through educational environments, supporting people affected by emotional and physical abuse in a national organisation, charities, the NHS and in private practice.

Close to my heart is the work I have done at the Maudsley hospital alongside the Perinatal Unit. I have gained knowledge and experience in the life-changing experiences and feelings that can come up when becoming a parent. It is often difficult to feel safe enough to explore some challenging conflicts that can arise. Finding a supportive space is important whilst beginning to develop and care for yourself as a parent and individual, as well as caring for your baby.
